All clothing items must be dry cleaned or laundered, and in current fashion.

Merchandise is priced according to its condition and present retail value. Designer Vault reserves the right to determine the value of an item.

An itemized inventory sheet will be emailed to you listing the accepted merchandise for consignment and your pick-up date.

Storewide sales, coupons, or other promotions may reduce the price of the merchandise at any time. Markdowns occur on the 1st and 16th of the month. The first markdown is 25% at 30 days, and the second markdown is 50% at 60 days. 

It is your responsibility to pick up all unsold items at the end of your consignment term. Your items will be available for you on your pickup date. After your pickup date, any unclaimed merchandise will be deemed forfeited to Designer Vault in consideration for services rendered and donated to a charity or sold as sale merchandise. A tax receipt will be issued upon request.

Checks are mailed the first week of every month. You receive 50% of the selling price.

DESIGNER ITEMS PRICED $500.00 OR HIGHER will not be reduced from the initial listed price. Designer Vault will receive 60% of selling price for items priced between $500.00 - $999.99 and 70% of the selling price for items priced $1000.00 or higher.
